The record-breaking heat left a mark on a Wichita Falls neighborhood street on Thursday.

“What happens here is the concrete kind of pushes upon itself and it’s got to go somewhere so it rises up,” Jose Caballero, the City of Wichita Falls Streets Superintendent.
