The Country Music Association has announced the 2017 inductees into the Country Music Hall of Fame: Alan Jackson, Jerry Reed and songwriter Don Schlitz. Jackson will enter in the Modern Artist category, Reed in the Veteran Era Artist field and Schlitz as Songwriter, an honor awarded every three years.
