For more than a year, the City of Wichita Falls has been making strides in their strategic plan. Part of the plan is keeping college graduates in the city.
Issac Nunez is from McKinney, TX. He’s studying at Midwestern State University-Texas and majoring in International Marketing. Though he’s only been in Wichita Falls for three years, he’d like to stick around.
