Taylor Swift broke her career-long political silence via Instagram on Sunday when she endorsed a pair of Tennessee Democrats and encouraged her 112 million followers to register to vote. Since then, the non-partisan website Swift pointed to, Vote.org, received a massive spike in voter registrations nationwide, Buzzfeed reports.

“We are up to 65,000 registrations in a single 24-hour period since T. Swift’s post,” Vote.org’s director of communications Kamari Guthrie told Buzzfeed.
