Four animal shelters across Wichita County took part in the third annual national Clear the Shelters event Saturday.
The City of Wichita Falls Animal Services Center, Emily’s Legacy Rescue, the Humane Society and the Iowa Park Animal Reclaim Center all took part in the event.
