A large grass fire in Electra off FM 2384 burned an estimated 600 acres Monday.
Fire crews said a blown transformer ignited the fire that sparked just a day after another fire burned around 500 acres in the same spot.
A woman who lives across the street from where the fire started said the crews did a great job putting the fire out and keeping her home safe.
