I have been listening to country music all my life. (which believe me is a long time, lol) KLUR is by far my favorite station. I love listening to Bob. But I do wish he was still on at 11 instead of later. I love Brad and Trisa too. So just keep doing what you all are best at, playing great music and making us laugh. |

I listen to you every single day. . . .My sister and I try to come to as many of the concerts as we can that you sponser in Wichita Falls, but with the economy like it is and she is unable to work I doubt if we will be able to make Trace Atkins unless God and you bless us with free tickets. I would love to win the Heart of a Woman tickets. My mother is at a high risk for heart disease. She is a hard working beautician for over 30 years, and works in a shop with 3 other wonderful women. They are three of the most amazing women anyone could ever ask for! I have seen all of these women work tiresley, and yet make sacrafices for other people without blinking an eye. When you say the words "The heart of a woman" it makes me see a picture of those women that are so special to me. My mother in law, my aunt, my cousin, a couple of close girlfriends. These are ladies that know secrets about me that no one else ever will. They have shared my fears, my joys, my accomplishments. They are always there. Would you please add Zachery White to the Gobetrotters Contest Please! Zach's 12, and we are so proud of him! He made the 7th grade C string, guard position here in Burkburnett! We saw them last year and had a blast, but this year, they are here on her 10th birthday, Feb 2nd.. I would like to nominate my 10 year old daughter Nicole as the ball girl for the Harlem Globetrotters game. Last year I was deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom for 15 long months. Nicole had to spend that whole time without her Daddy. This year is a year I want to dedicate to her for the sacrifice she made, having to go without a Daddy for so long and being so strong while I was gone. It would be great to share this experience with her and I know it would be the highlight of a LIFE TIME.

I heard about the contest for the ball boy job when the GlobeTrotters come to town in February and my little brother who is absolutely a gym rat. He is going to turn 8 on February 5th and this would be the best birthday present any of our family could think of. All he does is go out in our driveway and shoot, it doesn't really matter if the winds blowing a thousand miles an hour, it's cold, or if it's real early in the morning. My little brother's name is Evan Kennedy he is a 2nd grader in Windthorst and would love nothing more than to be around the coolest basketball players to play the game. I LOVE KLUR!!! Besides the music , the dj's are also entertaining. I really need to win those Kraig Parker tickets! My 4 year old granddaughter LOVES Elvis. She has seen Kraig 2 times and the last time this past summer she got a scarf from him. She knows the words to Elvis' songs , she knows which song is what number on the cd. She has been this way since she was little bitty. I am a huge Elvis fan and therefor I guess it has rubbed off on her. She has her favorite movies and knows what song is from what movie. We were not able to take her to Duncan at Christmas to sse Kraig again so this would be the perfect Valentine/Christmas gift for her. She would never forget it. We really NEED those tickets. brad,trista,bob,scotty,and chris!! i work in bowie and just want to let you guys know that my shift starts at 5:30am and sometimes ends at 7:30pm. 99.9 has been on our radio for the last 18 years that i have worked there. the only thing that has changed is we went from a little am,fm small radio you couldent hear to a large stereo about 12 years ago the whole place knows how much fun you guys are.our department has so much fun with the impossible question and cash cow to the drive at 5!!!thanks for the last 18 years and the next i hope 18 more !love all of you |

We grew up with our mother listening to George Jones on the record player. My sister and I have some very fond memoriers of those days. Our mother has since gone to heaven to be with the angels and we would love to see George in person to let him know what comfort he brought to our mother during some very bad times. I hope my name is drawn so I can take my sister to the concert and hopefully relive some of the good times we had with our mother.

I would really appreciate winning the front row tickets to George Jones on June 13. His song "He Stopped Loving Her Today" has always reminded me of my parents, especially after they divorced because my dad never stopped loving her just like the song says and it brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear the song. Plus I have always been a big George Jones Fan.

Carrie Underwood was AWESOME and so was Josh Turner!!! Thank you KLUR for helping bring them to Wichita Falls!!! I also love the new Sunday evening show that plays the classic country music. I love all the DJ's. Ya'll do a great job!!! |

Hello KLUR I am A loyal Listner and a Senior Citizen, and when you reach my age you will understand what i am talking about, when you live on social security your life becomes a fixed income and its hard to find extra money to enjoy things that you really love and i would really love to see and meet carrie underwood and josh turner. i have been big fans since the beginging, this would be the highlight of my year besides the birth of my great grandbaby that is due in october. it would be great to meet everyone and have a night out on the town. i will have my radio on and ready monday morn. and listening with my fingers crossed Thanks so much love your loyal listner Gerri Addison |

KLUR is one of the best country radio stations by far in the Texoma area.
